AI & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on AI & Digital Transformation Manager to drive the company’s shift to an AI‑enabled, process‑driven organisation. Reporting to executive management, you will work across all departments to digitise workflows, centralise knowledge and build a secure, governed AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an AI transition roadmap, establishing structured data collection, storage, retrieval and knowledge‑management systems.
• Coordinate external IT service providers, guide procurement and deployment of cloud‑first infrastructure, and monitor system reliability and vendor performance.
• Analyse departmental workflows, introduce automation tools for approvals, reporting and communication, and develop hand‑over processes for operational continuity.
• Integrate Sage Evolution and other business platforms, create centralised dashboards and enable AI‑driven analytics.
• Review existing software subscriptions, recommend optimisation or replacement, and manage the enterprise AI ecosystem with proper governance and user controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI and digital transformation initiatives in a multi‑departmental environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated, data‑driven solutions.
• Independent, hands‑on manager capable of coordinating external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and governance mindset, with a focus on data security and confidentiality.
