Audit Supervisor – Internal Audit & Anti-Fraud

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead internal audit and anti‑fraud risk control activities across Twyford International’s African operations. This role covers the full business chain—including sales, procurement, inventory and expense management—ensuring compliance and mitigating fraud risks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily anti‑fraud risk control, on‑site market research, and investigate whistleblower cases.
• Perform sales audits, reconcile customer accounts, verify transaction authenticity, and issue regular audit reports.
• Execute procurement audits, reconcile supplier accounts, assess price rationality, and produce special audit reports.
• Carry out inventory verification, monthly full counts, and investigate discrepancies and potential fraud.
• Audit operating costs such as advertising and logistics, eliminate false reimbursements, and control cost risks.
• Plan and deliver company‑wide anti‑fraud and integrity compliance training.
• Collaborate with senior management to complete annual and special audit projects, following strict audit procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Auditing or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit and anti‑fraud investigation.
• Professional certifications such as CIA or CAP are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent cross‑departmental communication, and high pressure tolerance.
• Willingness to undertake short‑term business trips.
