Electrical Coordinator – Maintenance & Installation

About the role

The Electrical Coordinator is responsible for safely executing electrical maintenance and installation work while ensuring compliance with company standards and statutory requirements. You will lead the Electrical Section, driving efficient and safe production across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Electrical Section, supervising staff and ensuring safe production.
• Install new electrical systems and replace faulty or redundant equipment according to safety and quality specifications.
• Set, verify, and document electrical protection and safety parameters for all equipment.
• Execute planned and preventive maintenance schedules, minimizing impact on plant output.
• Compile detailed activity, cost, and labour reports; report incidents promptly.
• Maintain optimal stock levels of critical electrical components and manage warehouse inventory.
• Oversee safe use of hand tools and electrical test equipment, recording tool replacements.
• Plan and deliver training to meet safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Control transport requests and ensure equipment is operated only by authorized personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation within an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environment and quality regulations.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and maintain documentation.
• Organised approach to stock control and tool management.
