Head of Data and Business Solutions

About the role

The Head of Data and Business Solutions will lead the digital transformation of the bank by overseeing product and channel delivery, IT solutions architecture, and data science initiatives. This senior position reports to the digital bank’s executive team and is responsible for aligning technology solutions with the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital delivery strategy for customer‑facing solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital channels and ecosystems.
• Manage the Business Solutions unit, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and secure operation of digital platforms.
• Lead the data science function, driving analytics that support business objectives.
• Coordinate innovation projects, special assignments, and activities of the Innovation Centre.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with architecture, security, disaster‑recovery, and service standards.
• Supervise end‑user support services, including help‑desk and technical assistance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in digital banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and digital channel delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and customer experience.
