Human Capital & Administration Compliance Associate

About the role

TopFloor Limited is looking for a detail‑oriented Human Capital & Administration Compliance Associate to ensure that HR and finance functions adhere to internal policies and external regulations. The role supports continuous improvement of compliance processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with HR and finance policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and produce reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all compliance activities.
• Assist in training employees on compliance‑related topics and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Identify compliance risks and work with management to create corrective action plans.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting HR and finance.
• Provide operational support to HR and finance departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in compliance, HR, finance or auditing roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR and finance policies, labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with compliance management software.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as PASTEL, Sage VIP, and BELINA.
