About the role

Etre-Moi Shapewear Solutions is seeking a Freelance Social Media Content Creator for a hybrid position based in Lusaka, with the option to work remotely part‑time. The role focuses on producing engaging, brand‑aligned content for various social platforms, maintaining content calendars, and tracking post performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce eye‑catching visuals and videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Maintain and update social media content calendars.
• Monitor analytics, report on performance, and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.

Required profile

• Own professional content creation equipment (camera, lighting, editing tools).
• Proven experience in graphic design, photography, and video production.
• Hands‑on experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Strong copywriting and caption‑writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Media Arts or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
