Project Team Coordinator – Integrated WASH, Health & Nutrition

About the role

The Project Team Coordinator will lead the ECHO‑funded integrated WASH, Health and Nutrition project in Mantapala, ensuring high‑quality, timely and compliant implementation. This role provides strategic direction, manages multidisciplinary teams, and strengthens coordination with government, UN agencies and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for integrated WASH‑Health‑Nutrition interventions and ensure alignment with ECHO priorities and national policies.
• Lead planning, execution, budgeting and procurement while maintaining compliance with ACF and donor standards.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams, conduct performance management, mentorship and promote safeguarding compliance.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Health, UN agencies and partners; represent ACF in coordination platforms and strengthen community engagement.
• Oversee a robust MEAL system, ensuring data quality, analysis, reporting and learning for adaptive programming.
• Ensure technical quality and integration of WASH, health and nutrition components, including IPC, water systems, sanitation and hygiene promotion.
• Manage financial forecasting, budget oversight and coordination with finance and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading humanitarian projects that integrate WASH, health and nutrition.
• Strong knowledge of gender, protection, safeguarding and accountability standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Experience working with government ministries, UN agencies and donor partners.
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
