Resident Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Construction Manager to lead the execution, commissioning and hand‑over of large‑scale EPC projects, primarily in the water sector. Reporting to the customer and senior management, you will be the single point of contact on‑site, ensuring that project milestones, quality standards and safety requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Drive timely completion of construction, commissioning and hand‑over according to project milestones.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, contract and ISO requirements.
• Submit regular billing to clients, obtain certifications and follow up on payments.
• Manage site stores, inventory control and consumption accounting.
• Support the Project Manager in cost control, profit improvement and budget adherence.
• Monitor contractor performance, conduct controls and certify bills.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction levels and act as the primary liaison between client and HOSite.
• Oversee site manpower, provide mentoring, motivation and performance monitoring.
• Implement HSE plans, promote safety culture and ensure statutory labour compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of experience in EPC or construction management.
• Proven experience in the water industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or a relevant diploma.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle high‑pressure situations.
