Sales Executive – Leadership Development Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive role at The People Pulse is a full-time, on-site position based in Lusaka. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and present our leadership and development solutions to organizations and individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward targets.
• Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Strong consultative sales and business development experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for both individual and corporate clients.
• Proven relationship‑building and client‑management abilities focused on long‑term partnerships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant experience in sales, account management, or client‑facing roles; experience in professional services or training sectors is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
