About the role

The Sales Support Specialist – ICT will enable the sales team to operate efficiently and effectively by handling documentation, customer inquiries, and scheduling activities. Based in Ndola, the role acts as a bridge between internal departments and external clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts and related paperwork.
• Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) and external clients.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and documentation.
• Able to foster collaboration across different departments.
