About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance activities across multiple solar projects. The role combines technical expertise, fault diagnosis, and customer support to maximise system uptime.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor solar system performance remotely and diagnose faults.
- Coordinate repairs, upgrades, inspections and warranty claims.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and field technicians.
- Maintain high service standards, accurate reporting and SLA compliance.
- Support project commissioning, technical reviews and quality inspections.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy, industrial automation or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and remote monitoring.
- Excellent communication and customer‑management abilities.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Availability for standby and after‑hours work when needed.
