Service Project Manager

About the role

Huawei Zambia is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead key account initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure successful delivery of telecom projects. You will work closely with pre‑sales, post‑sales and partner teams to drive network stability, customer satisfaction and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customise strategies for Named Accounts (NAs) and oversee project execution.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, post‑sales and other departments to guarantee stable network operation.
• Drive business development, achieve order and revenue targets through opportunity exploration and installed‑base management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key service customers, implementing satisfaction improvement measures.
• Define partner maps for NAs and work with service partners to enhance their capabilities.
• Lead the key account service team and foster capability development.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in service project management.
• Technical background in datacom, transmission or wireless technologies.
• Strong communication, coordination and proactive attitude.
• Fluent English with excellent customer interaction skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; enterprise service experience is a plus.
