Supervisor, Rotables

About the role

The Rotables Supervisor will lead the Rotables team and manage the core returns process. This position ensures that all incoming and outgoing rotables and core components are handled efficiently, from purchasing to dispatch, while maintaining high standards of quality and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain KPIs for the Rotables/Core section.
• Execute weekly re‑orders for rotables and oversee quoting, failure analysis reports, and stripping functions.
• Review and approve quotes and Failure Analysis Reports (FARs) from end users.
• Process emergency (P1) orders and ensure timely repairs.
• Communicate with end users and vendors to avoid errors and secure best service.
• Monitor non‑compliance forms, stock utilization, and purchase order approvals.
• Generate high‑level reports for planning, maintenance, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with inventory, warehousing, and logistics teams on storage, transfers, and damage prevention.
• Track outstanding orders, verify invoices against contracts, and handle procurement records.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and address unauthorized purchases.

Required profile

• Technical knowledge of procurement, supplies, equipment, and services.
• Experience supervising a logistics or warehouse team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management and receiving practices.
• Understanding of component storage, packing, and inventory control.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
• Strong logistics and warehouse receiving expertise.
• Knowledge of component storage and packing procedures.
