Webflow Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into fully functional, pixel‑perfect Webflow sites and own the technical delivery of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to accurately implement Figma or Adobe XD mockups.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third‑party tools, APIs and analytics platforms such as Zapier, GA4, GTM, and CRM software.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain website security, update plugins or scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in Webflow design and development, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, responsive design and solid command of Figma.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with ability to inject custom scripts.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions and before/after designs.
