Assistant Financial Controller (Hotel Resort)

About the role

Radisson Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort is seeking a highly driven and detail‑oriented Assistant Financial Controller to support the finance function within a 5‑star luxury resort environment, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end close, financial reporting and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with statutory compliance such as PAYE, VAT, NAPSA and NHIMA.
• Support internal controls, stock counts, audits and brand compliance.
• Assist with treasury, accounts receivable/payable, payroll oversight and cost‑control processes.
• Act in the Financial Controller’s role when required.

Required profile

• ZICA Licentiate/CA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and a current ZICA membership.
• Minimum three years’ experience as an Assistant Financial Controller or similar role in a hotel or resort environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with hospitality finance systems: Oracle MICROS Simphony, OPERA PMS, Materials Control, Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll.
