Branch Manager – Front & Back Office Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our fast‑paced retail environment. The role combines front‑office customer interaction with back‑office operational oversight, ensuring profitability, excellent service, and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store profitability through daily planning, resource allocation and performance monitoring.
• Oversee sales management, including target setting, monitoring and coaching of the sales team.
• Manage administration, financial reporting and budgeting activities.
• Control stock levels, inventory accuracy and replenishment processes.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards and visual appeal.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Promote customer‑centric practices to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead people management functions: recruitment, training, performance reviews and team development.
• Coordinate service department activities and foster effective teamwork and self‑management.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 3‑5 years of management experience in retail or a related field.
• Retail Management or Business Diploma is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and execution focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal and people‑management abilities.
• Solid administrative and organisational capabilities.
• Sound judgment, decision‑making and resilience.
• Customer‑centric mindset with high integrity and a proactive attitude.
