About the role
The Call Center Internship is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lusaka. Interns will support Boxleo Courier & Fulfillment Services by generating leads, making outbound calls and promoting logistics solutions to both prospective and existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calling.
- Promote Boxleo’s courier and fulfillment services to potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and call targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales or marketing training is a plus.
- Problem‑solving mindset and basic knowledge of logistics is advantageous.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
