Commission-Based Sales Representative – Shopkeeper App

About the role

As a Commission‑Based Sales Representative you will identify and approach shops, retailers and other suitable businesses in Ndola, introducing them to the Shopkeeper digital platform and helping them set up their online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential shops and businesses that could benefit from Shopkeeper.
• Visit or contact business owners and introduce the Shopkeeper platform.
• Explain the benefits and features of the app to potential customers.
• Assist businesses with registering and setting up their Shopkeeper account.
• Build and maintain relationships with participating businesses.
• Follow up with prospective shop owners and convert leads into active users.
• Help businesses understand how to use the platform and provide feedback to the Shopkeeper team.
• Contribute to growing Shopkeeper’s presence throughout Ndola.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners.
• Experience in sales, marketing, retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Ndola’s local business environment.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Access to a smartphone and reliable internet.
• Ability to work flexible hours with a professional and trustworthy approach.
