Country Manager – Zambia

About the role

The Country Manager for Zambia will lead Epiroc’s operations, driving profitable and sustainable growth while positioning the business as a market and technology leader. The role is accountable for overall performance, people development, and long‑term value creation across all divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver growth above market levels and increase market and customer share.
• Strengthen aftermarket development and improve profitability through price discipline and cost efficiency.
• Build a high‑performing, agile, and diverse organization.
• Lead safety, sustainability and SHEQ compliance across all sites.
• Drive commercial excellence, innovation, and technology adoption.
• Oversee operational excellence and business transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership or general management experience in industrial, mining, equipment or services environments.
• Proven P&L ownership and track record of profitable growth.
• Strong understanding of SHEQ leadership and high‑risk operational compliance.
• Experience managing multi‑site operations and cross‑functional teams (sales, service, supply chain, finance, HR).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
