Customer Account Consultant – Call Centre Agent

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates with a Diploma or Degree to join our dynamic call centre as a Customer Account Consultant. You will engage with customers in a compliant, customer‑centric manner, securing promises to pay and helping meet collections and arrears targets while gaining valuable industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to obtain relevant information and secure a Promise to Pay.
• Handle arrears and instalment collections with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members and manage your own tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in customer service, business communication, or a related field.
• Understanding of Pepkor Lifestyle policies, relevant legislation (Hire Purchase Agreement Act, Zambian law, Competition and Consumer Protection Act, Data Protection Act).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant collections systems.
