Customer Sales & Service Agent – Lusaka

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Agent to join its Lusaka team. In this role you will sell airline tickets and related services while delivering the highest level of customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on Emirates fares and actively issue online tickets.
• Identify customer needs, promote additional products such as Skywards membership, Dubai stop‑overs, hotel bookings and upgraded fares.
• Ensure compliance with airline rules, passport, visa and health requirements.
• Maintain sales counters with promotional material and keep ticketing documentation up to date.
• Support the Team Leader with end‑of‑day sales reconciliation and banking.
• Assist travel agents with special fare quotations, bookings and ticketing formalities.
• Handle complex queries, including medical cases and special services.

Required profile

• Minimum education equivalent to GCSE/O Level.
• At least 2 years experience in a contact‑centre or similar customer‑facing environment.
