Customer Sales & Services Agent (Lusaka)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Customer Sales and Services Agent to work in its Lusaka retail office. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service while selling airline tickets and related products, and assisting customers with their travel plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of customer service to Emirates passengers.
• Explain fares, issue online tickets and sell related products by identifying customer needs.
• Inform customers about passport, visa, health requirements and check‑in details.
• Promote revenue‑generating options such as Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fares.
• Maintain ticket documentation, update timetables and display promotional material at the counter.
• Support the Team Leader with end‑of‑day sales closing and cash handling.
• Assist travel agents with bookings, special fare quotations and ticketing formalities.
• Handle complex queries, including medical cases and special services.

Required profile

• Minimum education equivalent to GCSE/O Level.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing sales or service role.
