Direct Sales Agent – Mass Market Segment

About the role

We are seeking energetic field acquisition agents to drive the sale of financial products to underserved and informal market customers. The role focuses on mass‑market lending, mobile financial services, and high‑volume field acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field activations and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Drive loan application onboarding and promote digital adoption.
• Build referral pipelines within communities and informal markets.
• Achieve aggressive weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Support portfolio quality through customer education and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in microfinance, mobile money, digital lending, FMCG field sales, or telecom sales.
• Proven ability to meet daily and monthly acquisition targets.
• Strong understanding of informal‑sector customer behavior, agent‑led acquisition, community activations, and digital onboarding.
• Comfortable working in high‑volume field environments.
