Electrical Coordinator

About the role

The Electrical Coordinator is responsible for safely executing electrical maintenance and installation activities in line with company standards and statutory requirements. This role leads the Electrical Section, ensuring efficient, reliable, and compliant operation of all electrical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Electrical Section, maximizing safe production.
• Install new electrical systems and replace faulty or redundant equipment according to safety and quality specifications.
• Document and maintain electrical safety settings, hardware interlocks, and safety parameters.
• Execute planned and preventive maintenance schedules while minimizing production impact.
• Compile detailed activity, cost, and labour reports; report incidents promptly.
• Maintain stock levels of critical electrical components and create safety stock.
• Oversee safe use, control, and calibration of hand tools and electrical test equipment.
• Plan and deliver required training to ensure statutory compliance and safety standards.
• Manage transport requests and ensure equipment is operated only by authorized personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and protection settings.
• Ability to lead a team, organise work schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Attention to detail for stock control and tool management.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
