General Worker

About the role

The company is looking for a diligent and physically fit General Worker to support daily operations at a facility in Lusaka. The role involves providing manual assistance across various departments to keep the workplace clean, safe, and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, clearing and basic maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Assist skilled staff with heavy lifting, loading, unloading and moving of materials or equipment.
• Provide operational support to different departments, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain an organized work environment.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour consistently.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic, punctual and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Previous experience in general labour or manual work is an advantage.
• Based in Lusaka and available to start immediately.
