Local Area Representative

About the role

The Local Area Representative will drive market‑focused, differentiated services that strengthen our competitiveness in a defined segment. You will be responsible for growing volume, market share and channel performance while delivering an excellent sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize product availability and ensure sales follow FIFO, correct labeling, pallet handling and outlet cleanliness.
• Identify outlet needs, manage stock rotation, merchandising and branding, and enforce distributor price compliance.
• Influence pre‑orders, monitor competitor actions and report insights to improve market planning.
• Develop consumer insights and create beer‑selling opportunities that increase volume and market share.
• Identify new customers, confirm daily orders and achieve sales targets.
• Implement national and regional promotions, maintain brand/pack availability and track sales project ROI.
• Build strong relationships with points of contact to support market activities and uncover opportunities.
