Marketing Lead

About the role

The Marketing Lead will shape and execute Klapton Re’s marketing, branding and communications strategy, enhancing market presence, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the role drives strategic initiatives, oversees corporate communications, coordinates events and ensures consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing and branding strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead internal and external communications, creating newsletters, announcements, presentations and reports.
• Oversee digital presence, including website and social media, and manage content calendars and campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate conferences, client engagements and corporate events, handling branding and logistics.
• Prepare high‑quality strategic presentations and materials for the Executive Committee and senior management.
• Assist in budgeting, monitor marketing spend and report performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing & Communications team, setting KPIs and fostering innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, event management and brand management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project management abilities.
