Platform Delivery Manager

About the role

The Platform Delivery Manager will lead the commercialization and benefits realization of data‑driven products and platforms within Absa Zambia’s Data & Business Solutions team. Reporting to the Head of Data & Business Solutions, the role ensures that strategic change initiatives and project investments deliver measurable business value aligned with the bank’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain benefits realization frameworks across the project portfolio.
• Embed financial discipline, performance tracking and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, measure and align benefits with approved business cases.
• Monitor benefit delivery during implementation and post‑implementation phases.
• Collaborate with business, finance, digital, technology and programme delivery teams to ensure accountability for value delivery.
• Develop and execute a commercialization roadmap, including detailed Go‑to‑Market plans, and track adoption against targets.
• Work with Marketing, analytics and product managers to launch products and evaluate commercial performance.
• Produce management information, data analysis and insights to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities for senior committees.

Required profile

• Proven stakeholder management experience with senior function heads and business units.
• Ability to drive business direction and align cross‑functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Compliance, CIB, BB, PPB) to commercial objectives.
• Strong financial and benefits management skills, including performance metric development.
• Experience communicating commercialization strategies to diverse audiences.
