About the role
Responsible for growing, maintaining and retaining a portfolio of private banking customers, aligning activities with segment value propositions to create value for both the client and the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of affluent private banking clients.
- Execute initiatives and activities that support segment value propositions and deliver value to clients and the bank.
Required profile
- First degree in Business or Commerce.
- 5‑7 years of experience serving affluent clients in personal and private banking.
- Proven track record in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen within the financial services industry.
Required skills
- Banking processes and procedures.
- Commercial acumen.
- Customer understanding (consumer banking).
- Financial acumen.
- Product knowledge (consumer banking).
- Risk identification.
- Risk reporting.
