About the role

Grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions and related initiatives. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to affluent clients while creating value for both the client and the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers, ensuring alignment with segment strategies.
• Provide relationship management, sales and service to affluent clients, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
• Oversee credit applications and deliver financial solutions that meet client needs and risk standards.

Required profile

• First degree in Business or Commerce.
• 5–7 years of experience serving affluent clients in personal and private banking.
• Proven sales track record and expertise in relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen within the financial services industry.

Required skills

• Knowledge of banking processes and procedures.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including product knowledge for consumer banking.
• Ability to identify and report risk effectively.
