About the role

Betaproperties LTD is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Lusaka team. You will manage residential and commercial sales and leasing, providing professional advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and prepare compelling listings for both residential and commercial assets.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Prospect new clients, nurture relationships with owners and tenants, and negotiate offers and contracts.
• Coordinate with property‑management and consultancy teams, and assist with project‑management activities when required.
• Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver responsive customer service and stay updated on Lusaka real‑estate trends.

Required profile

• Relevant real‑estate qualifications and a valid Real Estate License where required.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property markets.
• Proven sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and closing transactions.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lusaka Province and travel locally for viewings and meetings.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing contracts and documentation.
• Prior experience in real‑estate or property‑management is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent office software.
• Experience using property listing platforms.
• Comfort with digital marketing tools for property promotion.
