Real Estate Buyer (Zambia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Buyer to lead land acquisition and property sourcing initiatives across Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating and closing land deals that support our real‑estate development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable land and real‑estate opportunities throughout Zambia.
• Lead end‑to‑end acquisition processes, from site identification through negotiation and closing.
• Conduct due diligence on ownership, title, zoning, legal status and development potential.
• Negotiate purchase terms and prices with landowners, agents and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, valuation and regulatory teams during acquisitions.
• Maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, government authorities and other partners.
• Monitor local property and land market trends to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate, land acquisition or property buying.
• Proven track record of successful land acquisition projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Zambian real‑estate and land market.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and close acquisition opportunities.
