About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition efforts for manufacturing positions. You will shape the hiring strategy, ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, and support the company’s rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for entry‑level to senior manufacturing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set timelines, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre‑onboarding.
- Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for critical manufacturing positions.
- Optimize recruitment workflows to reduce time‑to‑fill and enhance candidate experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience or familiarity with recruitment in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple hiring projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with recruitment tools.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
