About the role

Radisson Blu Resort in Livingstone is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its Food & Beverage operations. Reporting to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will drive service excellence, mentor staff, and ensure memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to enhance performance and delivery.
  • Manage departmental budget, control costs, and monitor inventory for productivity.
  • Implement service improvement programmes, ensuring compliance with legislation and audit requirements.

Required profile

  • Grade 12 certificate; Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • 1–3 years of Food & Beverage experience in a hotel setting.
  • Strong managerial, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and personal integrity.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with reservation systems such as Opera and Micros.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
