About the role
Marcopolo Tiles is looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia. The successful candidate will support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the company’s occupational health, safety and environmental management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the occupational health, safety and environmental management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and company procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Membership of a relevant safety institute.
- Valid First Aid Certificate (added advantage).
