About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate Officer to join our team in Lusaka. The role focuses on driving sales of cleaning products, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell cleaning products to customers across various channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
- Provide prompt, high‑quality customer service and resolve client queries.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and gather customer feedback.
Required profile
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
