About the role

Join Foschini’s store at Kafubu Mall as a Sales Associate, representing the brand and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help shoppers find the best solutions, keep the store well‑stocked, and stay current with fashion trends.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passionate about people, target‑driven and focused on delivering results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, work independently and take initiative.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
• Demonstrated behaviours such as continual improvement, effective decision‑making, and strong planning and organising.
