About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead a team in delivering excellent customer service while driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, promoting suitable products, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements, recommend appropriate products and achieve defined sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular visits, calls and emails.
- Support and coach team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, KPIs and performance standards.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, manage company assets and maintain up‑to‑date sales records.
- Negotiate terms, close deals and follow through on delivery commitments.
- Gather market intelligence, clarify pricing, stock availability and delivery schedules for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, record sales data and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Review personal and team performance and undertake additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork and stress‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
