About the role
TopFloor Limited is looking for a motivated Site Support professional to provide on‑site HR assistance for seasonal and outsourced staff across client locations. You will ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and support the recruitment and payroll processes while embodying TopFloor’s brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of seasonal/casual staff, verifying age, NRC, fitness, and work ethic.
- Prepare and update employee files, conduct induction sessions, and manage documentation for disciplinary actions.
- Maintain statutory registrations and returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Handle daily attendance, overtime calculations, and verify payroll inputs and outputs.
- Process leave applications, submit payment schedules, and distribute payslips.
Required profile
- Diploma in Human Resource Management (degree preferred) and ZIHRM membership.
- Demonstrated alignment with TopFloor’s values and ability to travel across client sites.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and confidentiality skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one major local language.
- Valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
