Solution Service Manager

About the role

The Solution Service Manager will oversee the performance and growth of Huawei service products across multiple African markets. You will be responsible for monitoring key operational indicators, expanding market presence, and ensuring profitability of assigned solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report on market, order, revenue, and gross‑margin targets for service products in five countries, providing risk alerts and rational management.
• Manage installed‑base operations and improve market landscape for 2‑3 service products, identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
• Develop a solid understanding of Huawei’s core sales products—wireless, microwave, DWDM, and core networking—and master their engineering services.
• Execute product business‑model and pricing strategies to support short‑, mid‑, and long‑term profitability.
• Lead brand‑marketing planning and activity execution for assigned solutions, supporting customer presentations and daily clarifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with clear, logical expression, meeting basic product‑manager expectations.
• Experience delivering Huawei products; familiarity with Huawei’s LTC and delivery processes is a plus.
