Stores Controller – Inventory & Spare Parts Management

About the role

The Stores Controller will manage the Repairs & Replacements (R&R) store, ensuring spare parts are available, inventory is accurate, and the store operates securely and in line with BAT procedures. You will work closely with maintenance teams to guarantee timely access to critical spares.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and spare parts, conduct cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Handle stock receipt, issue, and reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels using SAP and maintain material master data.
• Ensure store security, key control, and access management.
• Prepare inventory and consumption reports.
• Support maintenance teams with prompt availability of required spares.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory/stores management, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems for inventory control.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) for inventory management.
• Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
