Account Manager

About the role

Digital Events Zambia is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of high‑profile events and brand activations across Zambia. You will act as the main liaison for key accounts, driving growth and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with creative, production, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and generate new business.
• Track project profitability, quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, marketing, advertising, events, or experiential marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with corporate brands and marketing teams is a plus.
