Assistant Manager – Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity

About the role

The Assistant Manager will oversee the client’s infrastructure, cloud services, connectivity, and cybersecurity operations. The role ensures the technology environment is secure, resilient, observable, available, and cost‑effective while supporting platform automation and data/AI enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure, cloud services, connectivity, cybersecurity operations and platform automation.
• Ensure the environment remains secure, resilient, observable, available and cost‑effective.
• Design and maintain operational cloud architecture and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery and enable reliable DevOps/DevSecOps delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant infrastructure/systems experience with contemporary cloud technologies.
• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud or connectivity vendors and Service Level Agreements.
• Strong awareness of technology risk, documentation and team leadership.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code, automation and CI/CD platforms.
• Modern DevOps practices, including containers and MLOps infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud, networking and cybersecurity concepts.
