Audit and Supervision Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Audit and Supervision Supervisor to lead internal audit activities, fraud investigations and compliance monitoring across our organization. The role ensures robust internal controls, risk management and adherence to policies, fostering a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits across departments, evaluating controls, risk management and policy compliance.
• Lead or support investigations of suspected fraud, misconduct or policy breaches, collect evidence and produce detailed reports.
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and ethical standards, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements.
• Support the design and delivery of compliance and anti‑fraud training programs.
• Track implementation of audit recommendations and verify effectiveness of corrective measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Audit or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal audit with strong background in anti‑fraud investigation and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate in an international environment.
• Outgoing, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Logical, structured thinking with ability to assess risks and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with Finance, HR, Legal and Operations.
• Ability to follow up on audit recommendations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Valid ZICA audit practising licence.
