Brewery Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operator to run and maintain our brewing plant, ensuring consistent production of high‑quality beverages while keeping costs optimal. You will join a dynamic team that values curiosity, passion and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize plant and process performance where appropriate.
• Operate the brew‑house, fermentation and filtration plants and associated processes.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, apply 5S principles and follow safe work practices.
• Identify and correct unsafe work practices.
• Support the drafting and documentation of standard work procedures and quick‑fix routines.
• Carry out quality checks and analyses, record results in the designated information system.
• Apply problem‑solving techniques to resolve quality issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Brew‑Asset‑Management team.

Required profile

• Full Craft Certificate in engineering or plant operations (minimum).
• Ordinary Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering (preferred).
• At least three years of experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
