Business Customer Advisor

About the role

The Business Customer Advisor will execute defined sales activities within an assigned area, meet set targets, and build strong client relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute defined sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
• Identify and escalate potential risks that could increase costs.
• Adhere to standards and procedures to reduce expenses.
• Identify process improvements that generate cost savings.
• Drive growth of average balance for a specific portfolio of assets.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for net income return growth.
• Increase average balance of a specific portfolio of liabilities.
• Resolve customer dissatisfaction or complaints by taking ownership and providing appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service in line with SLA agreements.
