Micromine, the world’s leading mining software provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Zambia to accelerate the adoption of its technology across Africa. You will act as a regional champion, connecting mining organisations with innovative software solutions that boost productivity and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of market‑leading mining technology throughout African markets.
• Influence strategic business outcomes for major mining companies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Generate commercial impact by prospecting, developing pipelines, and converting opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding new‑business sales targets.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, or mining‑technology solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and business development expertise.
• Ability to prospect, develop pipelines, and convert opportunities.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Africa as required.
