Channel Data Specialist

About the role

The Channel Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity of sales‑related data collected during field visits. You will work closely with sales representatives to verify that store information and sales figures are accurate, complete, and reliable for downstream analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of sales representatives' store visits and sales data to detect inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of store information captured during field visits.
• Document identified data issues and continuously monitor the resolution process.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide feedback and improve data collection practices.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data verification.
• Experience in data verification, sales operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
