Corporate Sales Executive – B2B Relationship Manager

About the role

Cosmic, a leading IT solutions provider in Zambia, is seeking a proactive Corporate Sales Executive to expand its B2B client base. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing corporate customers while turning those relationships into long‑term accounts across hardware, infrastructure, and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, initiate contact, book meetings, present solutions, negotiate and close contracts.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline targeting corporate, government, NGO and SME sectors.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and field visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Understand client challenges and present Cosmic’s portfolio in terms of business value, productivity and cost savings.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
• Act as a trusted advisor post‑sale, conducting regular check‑ins, quarterly reviews and recommending upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain daily CRM updates, collaborate with marketing, and report pipeline health to leadership.

• Proactive prospecting without prompts; consistently builds the top of the funnel.
• Strong listening skills – prioritises understanding the client before pitching.
• Highly organised and disciplined; tracks every lead and schedules follow‑ups.
• Self‑starter who follows up without being told and takes ownership of results.
