Electrical Sales, Marketing & Projects Manager

About the role

ISIBINDI POWER Ltd is seeking a full‑time Electrical Sales, Marketing & Projects Manager to work on‑site in Kitwe. The role combines client engagement, promotion of electrical infrastructure services, and support for project delivery across medium‑voltage, power factor correction, and solar installations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing clients to promote electrical infrastructure and maintenance services.
• Prepare sales proposals and assist with marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate customer records and respond promptly to inquiries and service requests.
• Support project teams with site visits, basic technical assessments, and coordination of materials and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project timelines with client expectations.
• Contribute to safety and compliance practices during project execution.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Marketing and online‑marketing experience to support sales initiatives.
• Relevant technical knowledge of electrical systems, safety practices, and medium‑/high‑voltage infrastructure.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field; familiarity with Zambian power industry standards.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work on‑site throughout Zambia.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and collaborate in a diverse team with a focus on safety and integrity.
